An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Accounts Payable professional to join their team based in Melbourne's Northern suburbs on a full-time permanent basis. Position Description Reporting to the Finance Manager and working within a close knit AP team, you will be responsible for: Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts, resolving any discrepancies Support payment runs including EFT, BPAY and foreign currency payments Reconciliations Setting up new suppliers and vendor maintenance Handling accounts payable queries in a timely and professional manner Developing relationships with suppliers & relevant stakeholders to assist with queries efficiently and effectively Collaboratively participate in strategic planning and continued process improvement Ad hoc duties to assist the broader finance team Ideal Candidate To be considered successful in the role, you will possess the following attributes: Prior experience within a similar end to end Accounts Payable role Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal Ability to confidently work autonomously as well as collaboratively Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills Ability to work proficiently in a high volume environment Self-motivated, positive and supportive team member Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders Additional Benefits Office located close to home in Melbourne's North with onsite parking Job security in a permanent role Above market attractive remuneration dependent on experience (circa $75,000 - $85,000 super) Supportive close knit team environment Continue growing your career and be part of an ongoing growth & success story Excellent training and ongoing development opportunities How to Apply To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
